CassettesIf using shipping envelopes, please use only air-bubble type. Fibre-padded envelopes have a tendency to burst in transit, and the fine particles find their way into the cassettes, interfering with operation of the cassettes and the playback equipment. Please wrap your cassettes carefully, and keep in mind that plastic cassettes become very brittle during cold winter weather. The greatest possible care will be taken to prevent loss or damage, but in the event of such mishaps, the obligation of the Festival organizers is limited to simple replacement costs. Incoming shipping charges must be prepaid by the participant, and shipment can be by any preferred method (see shipping details).

- Please remember it's very important to mark Customs Clearance by JORI INTERNATIONAL LTD. on the OUTSIDE of the courier package so the courier companies can process. The shipment must include a pro-forma invoice (in triplicate) with a complete description of the contents & value; listing in English and the original language (if other than English). Pro-forma invoices must be on the outside of your package so the courier companies can easily get to them. Please label INVOICE ENCLOSED and include...
- the title of each entry enclosed and the number of cassettes for each title.
- the value of the contents (replacement value only, to a maximum of $50 per shipment).
- a declaration that "The contents are not for sale - for exhibition purposes only during the Banff World Television Festival 2005 Program Competition."
