Hospitality Suites

For companies and organizations seeking a private reception area for meetings and small functions we are pleased to offer a limited number of Hospitality Suites at the Banff 2005 Conference Centre.

There are 16 hospitality suites available - three of them deluxe suites with larger dimensions. Hospitality Suites are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Please note occupants of suites during Banff 2004 have right of first refusal to renew their suites.

Banff 2005 Hospitality Suites are ideal for companies looking for a secluded place, where they can create a corporate identity in which to entertain or meet clients. Occupants of the suites can make use of the hotel's room service and all suites comprise meeting space and a private bathroom.

Standard Suites (190 - 360 sq. ft)    $2,875 plus 7% GST

Deluxe Suites (480 - 640 sq. ft)    $4,250 plus 7% GST
